Hereinafter called labellebleue.shop, on the other hand, people wishing to make a purchase via the website: aprivateshop.com called "the customer".

These conditions relate exclusively to non-commercial individuals. The parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any condition previously available on the site. If a condition were to be lacking, it would be considered to be governed by the customs in force in the distance selling sector whose companies are headquartered in France. labellebleue.shop undertakes to comply with all the provisions of the Consumer Code relating to distance selling.

We invite merchants, associations or any other legal person who wishes to market our products, to contact us for any purchase by email using our contact form.

 

Object

These conditions are intended to define the terms of sale between labellebleue.shop and the Customer, from the order to the services, including payment and delivery. They regulate all the steps necessary for placing the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties.

 

Ordered

The Customer has the possibility of placing his order online from the list of products offered for sale.

The order can only be registered on the site if the Customer has clearly identified himself by entering his email address and password which are strictly personal to him (Or following the registration of the elements necessary to constitute the account)

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale.

Any dispute on this point will occur in the context of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.

labellebleue.shop reserves the possibility for any order, to ask the customer for supporting documents or personal information allowing the validation of the order. Any refusal may result in rejection of the order. We can request a copy of the national identity card, passport, a receipt to establish the certainty of domicile, if this information is strictly necessary.

labellebleue.shop undertakes to fulfill orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks of products offered for sale. In the absence of product availability, labellebleue.shop undertakes to inform the Customer thereof.

 

Right of withdrawal / return / exchange

Pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, You have a period of fifteen (15) clear days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalties.

All items can be exchanged or refunded except those marked otherwise.

In general, personalized products do not benefit from this right.

For all coverage and warranty on watches, we invite you to attach the warranty certificate to us. In case of absence, fees may be billed to you by the brand.

To comply with French laws, precious materials must be sent by registered parcel with acknowledgment of receipt. You should also take care to insure your product by taking out insurance offered by mail that matches the value of your product. In case of loss during a product return we will not be responsible.

After receipt of the goods and within a period allowing a precise assessment of the returned product, the customer account will be credited with the initial amount of the returned items. The reimbursement period will be 15 working days from the moment our experts confirm the return of the product to us, confirmation which will be sent to you within 36 hours by email. The money available is refundable or usable at will, in part or in addition to the price.

The costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the Customer who freely chooses the mode of transport in order to return his product (s). Depending on the mode of transport chosen, the customer is responsible for the methods of wrapping and conditioning the products so that they can travel without risk of damage.

 

GUARANTEE

All items are subject to a 2-year contractual guarantee, which does not preclude the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. The Customer benefits from a guarantee enabling him to return defective delivered items in accordance with Articles L 211-4 et seq. Of the Consumer Code.

The following events or items are not covered by the warranty:

• the battery (if there is)
• defects resulting from accidents, improper, incorrect or abusive handling or use (such as shocks, marks of knocks, crushing)
• leather bracelets
• a functional failure of the watch following the exhaustion of the battery (if there is one)
• normal wear and aging
• The chronometry of watches with mechanical movements
• Broken or scratched glass
• the theft or loss of the watch or watch components

Customers who are unable to present a valid warranty certificate will be charged the intervention fee. In the event of product failure due to a material or manufacturing defect, include with your product, the completed warranty coupon (with the seller's stamp) as well as the proof of purchase, and indicate the nature of the problem encountered. You can send photos to illustrate your problem.

We will contact you within 48 hours, except weekends and holidays.

 

Payment terms

Payments will be made exclusively online by bank cards:

VISA, MASTERCARD, BLUE CARD

Via SYSTEMPAY BANK CARD technology with the CAISSE D’EPARGNE.

Terms: we collect the full amount of the order within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order.

In addition to requesting additional supporting documents, for large orders, our financial department may ask you for guarantees to compensate for any default. If we do not receive these guarantees we will not be able to honor your order and any amount received by labellebleue.shop will then be refunded.

In certain cases, notably default of payment, wrong address or other problem, on the Customer's account, labellebleue.shop reserves the right to block the Customer's order until the problem is resolved, and if necessary the cancellation of the ordered.

In the event of multiple orders placed with different means of payment facilities, we reserve the right to control the number of outstandings and to limit the number of orders if necessary, even if it means reducing the number of outstandings to a single order.

 

Prices

The prices indicated on the site are displayed according to the selected delivery area:

French VAT applicable on the day of the order.

These prices do not include participation in the processing costs (shipping, packaging and confection of the package according to the amounts in force). Any change in the applicable rate may be reflected in the prices of the products. After this date, they are subject to change at any time. However, prices cannot be changed once the customer's order has been placed.

Similarly, if one or more taxes or contributions, in particular environmental ones, were to be created or modified, upwards or downwards, this change may be reflected in the sale price of the items present on the labellebleue.shop site and documents of sale.

The prices indicated on the site can be modified without notice downward as upward.

In case of out of stock of one of the products or of all the products of the order, our engagement on the price being firm, we will propose to you, in this case, the equivalent missing or quality
